My name is Dan  and I am an Architect, Builder, Landlord, Merchant and Entrepreneur, and on Dec 7, 2006 I became a victim of Identity Theft, Fraud, and Extortion. 

It is now March 2012 and I am still feeling the Aftermath of the events.  First Data has not paid restitution for the damages they have caused, but justice is around the corner.

On a positive note, my next pet will be called RICO.

I hope this site will raise awarness of the problems associated with the aftermath of Identity theft and the lack of protection and assistance for its victims.

In my case, the Identity theft and fraud was an inside job from a company who is supposed to protect us from these events.
